DIY Detox Drink!!
-2 lemons (fresh & squeezed)
-1/2 cucumber (thinly sliced)
-10 to 15 mint leaves
-3qt water
Let the ingredients fuse overnight in the fridge and drink the next morning! :)
Try it!!

on the flip side, Central Park is full of running hotties on the weekends.
All the damn time. I run through so many densely wooded areas that I have to assume there will be a hidden axe murderer or a bear someday. I’ll be all “HiiiiiYAH!”

felt so good hitting the Central Park loop again after a week of recovery/slacking off. the only drawbacks of a Sunday afternoon run in April are the blossom petals falling like rain and hitting you in the face (and also the pollen), and the throngs of tourists who turned the path into an obstacle course at times. good times nonetheless. time to find some running shorts for warm weather runs.
