haven’t seen Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf since high school but decided to watch it again yesterday when it was appropriately storming outside. it’s always nice to be reminded of what a fierce and dedicated performance Elizabeth Taylor gave as Martha, and if you’ve ever been skeptical about her acting chops or people’s reverence for her, watch this and stfu. also, for some reason, it never stuck with me that Mike Nichols directed this film even though it’s his feature debut.
